I had the LG tour wraps on a set of clubs and really liked the oversize tapered grips. When I got another set of irons, this time tried the Tour Series Black with Silver accents. These new grips have sensational feel and tackiness that really give me the impression that the club won't slip or twist during the swing. I don't wear a glove with these grips, so the tacki feel is really important to me. I've played 18 holes so far and am really impressed. I like that the weight of the JumboMax, too. Just by their own weight of about 112g, it automatically gives me a 30g+ counter-weighted club. Highly recommended for large or arthritic hands! Good luck!
Looks and feels great. Good tackiness for nonslip performance.
I have used the mcc+4, Align +4, and superstroke grips on my clubs in the past few years. The JumboMax Tour is a higher quality grip than anything I have used. They took me a few range sessions to get used to, but they are very comfortable to use. I put them on my 716 AP2s and have played a few rounds; no post round stiffness in my hands and my golf glove has a bit less wear. I bought two Med to try out (recommended from the sizing chart-ML Cadet glove) and ended up purchasing the Mediums for all my clubs after the first range session with them on my PW and 3 wood. Great grips, high quality and the only grip I will use from here on out.
Recently purchased a set of 8 JumboMax Tour Grips, Size Medium. Absolutely amazed by how much more control I had of the club face. In just a few rounds I have lowered my scores by at least 5-7 strokes per round. I will definitely be purchasing more next golf season, as Golf season is about to end for us here in Canada. Amazing product, and Highly Recommend.
I really like these grips. Even in humid conditions I no longer need a glove. Very easy to hang on to with a relaxed grip. I especially like the feel and control they give me on chip and pitch shots. Get a set, you won't be disappointed.
I have been searching for a grip to help with my arthritis and like all other golfers i thought a larger grip would cause shots to leak to the right. After trying golf pride oversize grips and not seeing shots go right i bought some JR size jumbomax and will never go back !!!!!
Exactly what I wanted. Biggest grips on the market and tacky for great grip. Highly reccomend but be prepared: the XL are big and need some getting used to for wedges/chipping, but really like them so far
i am a low handicap senior layer. I find the grips are very stable and powerful.
With my hands as effected by Arthritis as they are I could not play golf any longer if it were not for your Jumbo XL Max grips.
