They are exactly what I hoped for on my Cobra F9’s. The tour grips are perfect on my heavier Forged Cobras with the Dynamic gold shafts but the ultralights allow me to feel the clubhead on the lighter cast clubs. I also like the lighter weight on my driver and 3 wood. Both grips work awesome on my hybrids. Love your products and hands and even elbows don’t hurt at all... Amazing
Thanks for being innovators guys!
These are the best grips I’ve ever used in 50 years of playing. Lighter in weight and still tacky enough to swing without using a forceful grip. Do they fix bad hits? No. Do they reduce occurrence or minimize the effects of bad hits? I believe they do.
great feel and extremely light weight -- a very difficult combination
Played with them twice, already shaved a few strokes. Outstanding!
My first experience of JumboMax was for almost two years with the Junior JMX size (87g +1/4") and I enjoyed the larger size compared with a standard grip with only a marginal trade-off in weight. I did not use the Mediums at over 100g because of the major weight change. So when these Ultralites came out at a regular weight, I looked for a Junior size and these were not available. However, the Mediums at a regular weight and +5/16" are proving to be QUITE SIMPLY AMAZING just now, and they are more soft and tacky than I had expected.
Having the standard weight back is comforting and the Medium grip size is not an issue even for my small hands. Feels more like a racket grip and this is improving ball-striking: meaning a shorter engaged swing with a better connection to the club head at impact. Dare I say, less dispersion and more distance when needed. I have put the Ultralites on my second set.
P.S I was using a ten finger grip with the Juniors and had a strong right hand tendency and now I can use a reverse overlap with the Ultralite Mediums and have the option of a baby fade back in the bag – with less forearm fatigue too.
Was having finger pain issues with interlock/overlap grip. Went to baseball grip. My jumbo grips felt a little small/inconsistent. Glove size- L. Was thinking about jumbo max, but the older models had swing weight issues for some people. Saw that the new jumbo Max ultralite just came out. I ordered a set without ever trying any jumbo max products. I installed them myself – no problems. However I did find that one of my wedges had a ladies steel shaft-0.580 - that I had to build up. Happy to say that the jumbo max ultra light small grips exceeded my expectations. I have a more consistent grip, no finger problems, more consistent ball striking. I would highly recommend this product .
I tried the original grips but did not care for the change in swing weight. I was excited when I saw these so I bought 2 and put them on my 7 iron and driver. I never hit my driver on the course because I honestly don’t know where it’s going to go. One range session and my confidence in the driver exploded. I had one toe shot in about 35 swings. The rest were middle of the club face and zero banana balls. I found it very easy to square the club face and with less hands, accuracy and consistency were vastly improved. The 7 iron was the same. It is my best club and I lost no distance or accuracy. Consistency was also improved...one poor swing out of 50+. I just purchased a set to do the rest of my clubs. They are very easy to install. I also really like the tackiness of the grips...very easy to maintain a relaxed grip pressure.
i liked everything about them - the tackiness, the texture, the weight is definitely lighter and the feel. however, it made sound of club different. it sounded like a broken bat even when you would flush it. for that reason i have already replaced them. i think it is because of the foam they sound awful. if you could place some type of inner sleeve inside the grip, it may help.
